1. Personal Data We Collect

Image data	Photographs or video taken at course venues (see Section 7)

We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV or online banking login credentials. All payment data is handled directly by the third-party payment service provider senangPay.

3. Purposes of Use

Processing course registration, payment, invoicing and activation of learning access
Providing courses, coaching and related learning support services
Contacting you about course arrangements, changes of time or venue, and pre-course preparation
Handling your enquiries, complaints and refund requests
Producing attendance records, certificates of completion and training reports
Submitting the training and attendance documents required under HRD Corp funding schemes
Sending you course information, course announcements and marketing content (you may opt out at any time)
Improving course content, website experience and service quality
Complying with legal, tax and regulatory requirements

4. Parties to Whom Data May Be Disclosed

We may, to the extent necessary, disclose your personal data to:

Payment service provider — senangPay, for processing payments and refunds
HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation) — where your course involves an HRD Corp funding application, we are required to submit attendance records, identity card numbers and training documents
Your employer / registering company — where you are registered by a company for in-house training, we provide that company with attendance records and training reports
Service providers — learning platform, email system, cloud storage, accounting and legal advisers (all subject to confidentiality obligations)
Regulatory authorities — where required by law or court order

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for that party's own marketing purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your personal data is stored principally within Malaysia; the servers of certain cloud service providers may be located overseas, and we will ensure that they provide a reasonable level of protection.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access control, encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and staff confidentiality obligations.
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes set out above, or for the period required to be retained under legal, tax and HRD Corp requirements, whichever is longer.

6. Cookies

This website uses cookies to keep the site functioning properly, remember your preferences, and understand site usage through analytics tools. You may refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, although certain functions may then not work properly.

7. Photographs and Video at Course Venues

To record the teaching process and for subsequent promotional use, we may take photographs or video at course venues.

We will give notice on site before filming.
If you do not wish your image to be used in public promotion, please inform our staff before the course begins, or notify us by email afterwards; we will make reasonable efforts to avoid using the images or to remove them.
Recordings of online courses are for registered Participants to review within their access period only; recording, downloading, reproducing or distributing them is strictly prohibited.

8. Your Rights

Under the PDPA 2010, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
Limit our processing of your data for certain purposes
Withdraw consent and request to stop receiving marketing messages

To exercise the above rights, please email vinjomarketing@gmail.com with information sufficient to verify your identity. We will respond within 21 days.

Please note

If you withdraw consent or request deletion of your data, we may as a result be unable to continue providing course services, issue invoices or fulfil our HRD Corp reporting obligations. Records required to be retained by law or regulation will still be retained as required.

9. Opting Out of Marketing Messages

You may stop receiving marketing content at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email, replying “STOP” on WhatsApp, or notifying us by email. Administrative notices relating to a course you have registered for (such as changes of class time or venue) are not marketing messages and will continue to be sent.

10. Minors

The Company's courses are directed principally at adults. If a registrant is under 18 years of age, consent to this Policy must be given by a parent or legal guardian on their behalf.

11. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites (such as Xiaohongshu, YouTube and senangPay). Those websites have their own privacy policies, and the Company is not responsible for their content or data handling practices.

12. Amendment of This Policy

We may amend this Policy from time to time. The amended version will be published on this page and take effect immediately. In the event of a material change, we will notify registered Participants separately by email.

The Chinese version of this Privacy Policy shall prevail. In the event of any discrepancy between an English translation and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
